Fresh cut ginger and lemongrass aromas follow through on a satiny, supple entry to a moderately sweet and peppery medium-to-full body with great crystallized ginger notes and delicate eucalyptus honey sweetness. Finishes with a long, peppery ginger and sugar cane fade. Superb and very mixable ginger flavor.
