Alice et Olivier de Moor Le Vendangeur Masque Bourgogne Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay crafted by the De Moors in Courgis. This Burgundy white wine, made from rented Auxerre vines, is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts. No sulfur is used during harvest or vinification. Aged on lees without bâtonnage in used foudre, it undergoes natural malolactic fermentation and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Enjoy with stinky cheese, roast white meats, fresh seafood, or fried foods.
