Extra Brut 45 Edizione sees partial oak and finishes sur lie for 30 months. Showing a salmon/rich-pink color, with aromas of vanilla cream and wild strawberry, its flavors are tart or underripe. You feel structure despite a gentle mouthfeel and perlage.

Celebrating a big anniversary, the Ca' del Bosco NV Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut 45 Edizione is mostly Chardonnay with smaller parts Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. It's a blend of vintage and reserve wines from 2020, 2019 and 2018, and it ages on the lees for 25 months to produce aromas of rich lemon and freshly baked pie crust. The beading is visibly very light and delicate, and the palate is too. This is a very gentle sparkler with medium-plus freshness.
