Rich deep flavours of sweet ripe pears in syrup balanced with the luxurious taste of vanilla caramels and cinnamon sweets. The tantalising finish is full of spicy notes of cinnamon and ginger which dance around in the background overlaid with hints of a sweet Sherry nuttiness.
