Compass Box Ultramarine Blended Scotch Whisky is a unique, powerful yet refined blend that harks back to the golden age of Scotch, the late 1980s and early 1990s. This limited-edition masterpiece is the first of the Extinct Blends Quartet, a tribute to the enchanting possibilities of Scotch blending, brought to life by leading Whisky maker James Saxon.

Born from the union of mature malts from the legendary Caol Ila and Glendullan distilleries and aged grains from Cameronbridge and Girvan distilleries, Ultramarine combines aged malt and grain whiskies to exquisite effect. Natural in color, bottled at 51% ABV, and not chill-filtered, Ultramarine showcases a mesmerizing blend of flavors and textures. With only 5,430 bottles in existence, this is a collector's dream come true.

This has well-structured aromas with floral top notes, seasoned oak, vanilla, layered peat smoke, dried banana chip, and gently spiced pecan bars.
