George Dickel is excited to announce the brand’s newest limited release - George Dickel Bottled in Bond. Bold and balanced, this 13-year-old whisky is rooted in authenticity - reflective of Cascade Hollow Distilling Co.’s commitment to honestly producing quality whisky.

This is Dickel's second bottled-in-bond release, distilled in 2008 and released at 11 years old. Bottled at 100 proof, it's a powerhouse of a whiskey, in terms of strength and flavor. Resounding caramel and toffee intertwine into a long, mouthwatering fade, accented with cinnamon sizzle and a hint of caramel apple. Mix into whiskey sours and other cocktails.

Following Tennessee’s practice of charcoal-filtering the distillate before aging, this whiskey is soft around the edges yet delivers plenty of intensity. The mouthwatering peanut aromas evoke memories of cracking open a school lunchbox while the palate delivers abundant fruit: orange marmalade and caramel apple.
