A rare find, this bourbon melds the essence of fine wine and spirited bourbon into a limited release not to be missed.

This blend of 4 to 7 year bourbon is rested for a year in Cabernet Franc barrels, imparting an earthy minerality and vegetal pepperiness to this otehrwise candy-sweet whiskey. With each sip, orange candies, fruit cocktail, and dark chocolate flecked with sea salt unfold around more earthy pepper and stone. The finish shifts the balance toward the whiskey's sweeter flavors, with chocolate orange and toasty brown sugar.
