This mezcal is distilled three times in copper stills. Our espadin Agaves are harvested at 8 years old, reaching an optimal maturiration, while Tobalá is harvested at 12 in wild natural conditions.
Appearance : Clean, crystalline, fullbodied. Nose : Ripe agave, pumpkin aromas with a smoky touch are elegantly balanced with citrus notes. Its fibrous character is present, followed by cinnamon and vanilla notes. Palate : The taste is honest with a spicy and earthy character perfectly assembled with sweet notes of vanilla. Finish : Its triple distillation results in a great body and a noble finish with a strong personality.
Lokita Ensamble mezcal is made from eight-year-old Maguey Espadin and twelve-year-old Maguey Tobala agaves in the region of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is triple distilled in copper stills and stands out for its clear, transparent appearance and exuberant body.
