Shibui 10-Year-Old Bourbon Cask Single Grain Whisky impresses on the nose with creme brulée, black pepper, and spiced oak. The palate offers ripe banana, mango, papaya, vanilla, and honey, finishing with tropical white pepper notes. Produced in Japan by Shibui and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Single distilled in Shinzato Distillery's stainless-steel still, the nose is replete with bourbon-barrel character including vanilla, honey, toasted oak, generous wood spices, fresh cream, and lemon zest. The mouthfeel is light, with honey, maple syrup, vanilla, a slight nuttiness, galzed doughnuts, ground ginger, and pepper, with hints of milk chocolate to finish.
