Valinch & Mallet Description

The nose is wonderfully floral, fruity & malty all at the same time –green apple with a hint of rose; citrus zest & malt dust; underripe(green) strawberries & jasmine. It’s a beautiful mess. Now the palate! Here the three elements untangle & are more discernible, with luscious fruits to the fore –peach, pear, grilled pineapple & apricots. A malty undertone lifts the fruit up, while floral top notes of rose & lavender float above the throng.
