Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara Pinot Noir embodies classic Santa Barbara County Pinot with fruit aromas and earthy depth. Savor red currant, blueberry, and blood orange, accented by bay leaf, white pepper, and wet stone. This well-balanced wine offers superb structure and a delightful mouthfeel with just the right amount of tannin and acid.
Handcrafted from premier Santa Barbara vineyards, including Bien Nacido and Rancho Real, our traditional winemaking techniques involve hand harvesting, small lot fermentation, daily manual punch downs, and aging in François Frères French oak barrels for 8-12 months, enhancing its depth and complexity.
Classic Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir. It is a deeply colored, fruit forward Pinot with a nose of spiced cranberry, strawberry and hibiscus. The abundance of fruit continues on the palate showing plum, dark cherry, and cranberry with nuances of anise, tea and clove. It is a powerful Pinot at a great price point.-Winery
