Moschofilero is a dark-skinned white varietal, much like Pinot Gris or Gew?rztraminer. The resulting white wine possesses a pale pink or ‘grey’ tinge. Boutari’s Moschofilero is a classic example, with an effusive nose of flower petals, citrus and stone fruit.
