Casa Santos Lima Lab Rose is a delightful wine from the renowned Vinho Regional Lisboa region. This captivating rosé is crafted from a blend of Castelão, Camarate, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, meticulously grown in clay and limestone soils, yielding a density of 4,200 plants per hectare. Harvested from late August to mid-October, the grapes undergo careful destemming and pressing, followed by fermentation in 10,000-liter stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Boasting a brilliant bright pink hue, the Casa Santos Lima Lab Rose delivers a lively and aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits.
