The 2023 Rose Esprit Gassier is bright, vibrant and juicy. A bit more tropicla and mineral-driven on the nose than Gassier's other cuvees, it jumps from the glass with beautiful pineapple, blood orange, grapefruit and crushed rock aromas. A fresh cherry juice tatness coats the mouth, while lovely minerality lends complexity. Textural, creamy and balanced, the 2023 would be perfectly pleasurable on its own or at the dinner table. This also represents the most affordable wine in the Gassier lineup.
