Clos de L'Oratoire des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a rare and refined expression of the esteemed Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir, known primarily for its reds. Crafted from select plots of Éclats Calcaires, this wine embodies freshness and minerality. It reveals complex aromas of white-fleshed fruits, orange blossom, anise, and lemon on a subtle woody base. Hand-picked and sorted grapes undergo long, gentle pressing and co-fermentation in small oak foudres, followed by 6 months of maturation. This blend, predominantly Clairette and Roussanne, is a testament to the elegance and finesse of Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc.
