Straw yellow in the glass with an elegant nose that is delightfully fruity featuring white peach, nuts and white flowers. In the mouth its flavor is rich, soft and fresh with a long and persistent finish.

  • Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control
  • Maturation in steel tanks for 6-8 months, 4-6 of which are on the lees

The 2021 Fiano di Avellino Romano Clelia offers a creamy, lean-bodied approach with an explosion of different citrus aromas, from tangerine to preserved lemon. Slate and wet rock also appear. There's a floral note that falls somewhere on the verbena or lantana spectrum and the wine covers the palate with its silky intensity.
