Hand harvested and fermented in steel tanks where it is kept until June then bottle unfiltered. Its refreshing bubbles, with plenty of ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors, are deliciously mouth-filling. Just a slight touch of residual sugar gives a dry yet fruity finish.
