Corvina is a key component of the blends used in Valpolicella and Bardolino wines, where it is typically blended with Rondinella, Molinara, and Negrara. The resulting wines are fresh and forward, and best enjoyed when young. However, the true star of Corvina is found in the Recioto and Amarone versions, where it reaches its finest expressions.
