A restrained nose with notes of tar and fresh pavement and then lemons and limes opens onto a palate that's bright with citrus but also stony and peppery, before a long finish carried by substantial acid.

A good example of Etna Rosso showing hints of iron and minerals to the savory cranberries and dried oranges. Nice transparency on the palate despite the assertive, firm tannins that are well-chiselled on the palate. Shows structure and length.

Antonio Galloni: 90 Points

The 2021 Etna Rosso is very beautiful, with a fresh blend of dried roses, black cherries and cloves. It is round and soothing in nature, with lifted textures and crisp wild berry fruit. The 2021 finishes with a nice tension and ends with lingering notes of dried strawberries and citrus.
