Enough wood to merit mentioning surrounds the airy and elegant aromas of red currant, cherry, anise and a floral top note. Once again the palate impression of the only slightly denser flavors is very supple though here there is a subtle bead of minerality that adds lift to the sneaky long, more refined and more complex finale.
