This cuvee is given enough time on the skins to take on some of the amber-pink cool of the skins. Organic farming and indigenous yeast fermented - a very approachable orange wine. Ros?, or traditional style Moschofilero. How the wine was made for generations until more modern approaches altered Greek wine making. Lively, refreshing and flat out delicious!
