Laherte's NV Extra Brut Ultradition is precise, sculpted and very nicely balanced. Lemon confit, white pepper, chalk and mint are all pushed forward. The flavors are very nicely delineated - with tons of underlying energy - even though red grapes make up most of the blend. This is a terrific and super-classy entry-level offering from Laherte Fr?res.
