What an incredible value in Cremant Rose. A fine, but accessible pearlage gives way to notes of crisp filo and dry raspberries. Although it is feather-light, it does not overcompensate in its attempts to foster a tonnage of strawberry and grapefruit notes. Also, a figurative toasty element adds interest. An amazing offering from Alsace, France.
