Aged for 5 months in 54 hl barrels made of Allier oak and an additional 4 months in concrete tanks, followed by 5 months of bottle aging, this wine achieves an intense ruby red hue. This is an elegant and seductive effort with velvety textures and depths of ripe red and black fruits underscored by saline minerals and spice. It finishes structured and long, showing significantly more depth than the average 2021 Rosso. It ends with fine-grained tannins and a balsamic tinge.
