The 2017 Vosne-Romanée Les Champs Perdrix has an open-knit, slightly mushroomy bouquet of light red fruit, hints of sage and even a little onion skin. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine acidity, a touch of white pepper and a cohesive, quite energetic finish. This should age nicely over the next decade. (Drink between 2020-2030)
