2021 Cabernet Franc Dolomite has a lovely nose, very savory in style, meat juices, italian delicatessen and a touch of espresso coming through in time with great exuberance. The palate is well-balanced with grainy tannins, very focused and fresh with black pepper, rosemary, bay leaf and a touch of graphite. Very long with a slightly powdery-textured finish.

The 2015 Dolomite Cabernet Franc, has a punchy bouquet with smoke and Tuscan cured meat infusing the black and red fruit. There is lovely definition and vigor on display here. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, touches of bell pepper and oregano infusing the black fruit, with good backbone and structure on the finish.
