The off-dry 2022 Schloss Johannisberg Rotlack Riesling Kabinett is pure, intense and fresh on the still a bit untamed and reductive nose that indicates ripe and lush fruit, though, intertwined with herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, this is a generous, refined, elegant, pure and saline Riesling with a substantial expression but also lovely lightness and finesse.
