The granite soils with Limestone and Clay. The vines on average are 40 years old. The vineyards here are planted on terraces, so all work is done manually. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks. The wine is aged half in steel tanks and half in 400 Liter demi-muids(3, 4, and 5 years old) for 12 months before bottling. 85% Marsanne, 15% Roussanne.
