All estate grown Cabrenet, an unusal find in Israeli wine, at 700 meters, from vines of @ 30 yrs in age. Fourteen months in French oak. Fresh and bright red & black fruits jump from the glass. On the palate is plenty of cocoa and chocolate notes, wrapped in warm, earthy spices. Excellent lift at end, leaves you glass in hand, ready to repeat!
