Crafted with meticulous attention to vineyard practices to ensure optimal ripening, the Jorio undergoes a careful vinification process, including maceration and aging in a blend of large oak barrels and barriques. Its deep ruby red color introduces a palette of plums and red cherries, accented with balsamic and salty notes against a backdrop of ripe liquorice. On the palate, it presents clean, eloquent tannins, revealing a full, vigorous body with a long, intense finish. Ideal for pairing with pasta in meat sauces, roasted meats, and mixed grills, served best in a medium-sized, spherical goblet at 18°C to fully appreciate its complex aromas.
