Milam & Greene Description

This is a complex whiskey with a spirited personality developed by mingling various bourbons from different states, and a range of ages. It starts with a pop of spice from the young Texas bourbon, and evolves into a softness on the mid-palate with toasty robustness from the malted rye. It finishes with dark cherry notes characteristic of older bourbon.

Wine Enthusiast: 92 Points

The nose is jammy, with dark fruits interwoven with chocolate frosting, Ghirardelli chocolate raspeberry squuares, dark chocolate-covered cherries, frosted strawberry Pop-Tart, and Fig Newton. The palate is thick and richly spiced,and water coaxes out its best flavors -- cinnamon, chocolate, and a bowl of red berries. Finish is dark and dreamy.
