Notes of German Christmas Cookies, fermented fruits and spices like cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg are prominent with every sip. The finish starts to reveal a bit of dried apricots, cherries, cinnamon, dry leather, toasted wood and toasted pecans. An 8yr old whiskey, neither a Bourbon or a Rye, due to it's odd mash bill. A singular, unique expression from one of America's premier craft distilleries.
