The vines have an average age of 25 years. After a manual harvest, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled vats and left on the fine lees for six months prior to bottling.
Slightly pale lemon yellow in color. A nose dominated by notes f pear, passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus. Dry and crisp on the palate featuringgrassy flavors grapefruit and lime. Tropical tones of pineapple and mango with a zesty finsh. A great alternative to Sancerre.
