Planted on a clay-limestone plateau benefiting from a geographical location favorable to high-quality viticulture, this 4-hectare single vineyard of Ch?teau Manoir du Gravoux is used for Violette du Manoir. This plot was planted in 1958 on remarkably exposed shallow soil. The dominant limestone in this terroir brings saline notes on the finish.
